Germany boss Joachim Low reckons Arsenal striker Lukas Podokski needs to give his future at the club some serious thought.
Poolski has struggled to be a regular in the Gunners line-up since he arrived in 2012 from German side Koln.
And Low, speaking ahead of Germany’s Euro 2016 qualifier against Gilbratar, said:
“It’s in my plans that Podolski will play from the start.
“I’m aware he doesn’t play a lot right now for Arsenal.
“He needs to play competitive games. Sometimes he lacks the physical condition to play the full 90 minutes.
“He has to think about his situation.
“I’m still convinced about his abilities, but he needs high intensity.”
Podolski has seen his first-team opportunities limited at the Emirates Stadium this season after the arrivals of Alexis Sanchez and Danny Welbeck.
