With the arrival of Diego Costa at Stamford Bridge, it appears that there is no way back for powerhouse Romelu Lukaku.
Atletico Madrid and Valencia are understood to have made two offers to bring the Belgian to Spain after tw o impressive loan spells at West Brom and Everton.
Valencia are prepared to pay at least £18 million pounds for the services of Lukaku as it seems his relationship with boss Mourinho will not be repaired.
Atletico, who have let Costa join Chelsea, have offered to take Lukaku on another season long loan to replace the loss of their striker.
However, Chelsea are hot on the trail of Atletico Madrid left-back Filipe Luis and could be ready to push for Lukaku to be part of any deal to bring the Brazilian to the club.
Lukaku himself knows it will be difficult to secure a regular starting place as Costa completed his Chelsea medical in a deal worth around £50 million pounds.
