Kalvin Phillips open to leave Manchester City in the winter window.
The former Leeds United midfielder joined the Cityzens last summer and made only two starts in his debut season.
The English midfielder has endured a difficult 15-month campaign as he struggled to nail a spot in Pep Guardiola’s team.
Even with Man City lynchpin Rodri being suspended, Phillips could manage only 70 minutes in the league this term.
The 27-year-old midfielder played the full 90 minutes against Newcastle United but was demoted to the substitutes’ bench for the next three games.
Jamie O’Hara suggests the Englishman should demand for a move away from the Etihad in the January window.
“He is getting absolutely pied, isn’t he?! He has got to go,” O’Hara said on talkSPORT.
“If you are getting left out for an 18-year-old, and a winger, then a centre-half comes on in midfield in front of you as well, then you might as well pack yourself off.
“You aren’t going to play. If I am him then I am knocking on the door and say ‘Pep, just pay me up.’”
