A group of Manchester United supporters have got together to raise money to hire out an aircraft to fly over Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon during the club’s match with Aston Villa, and attached to that plane will be a ‘Moyes Out’ banner.

The Republik of Mancunia fans’ website have raised ÂŁ840 in order to hire out the aeroplane and attached to the back of the plane will be a long banner displaying ‘Wrong One – Moyes Out’, as fans continue to express their displeasure at new boss, David Moyes.

Another 3-0 loss to fierce-rivals at Old Trafford has put Moyes in further hot water with the majority of the fans, and it appears that patience is running out in Manchester, with a lot of the fans protesting for the Scot’s head.

Moyes was hand-picked by Sir Alex Ferguson after he retired, but after 3-0 losses to both Liverpool and then Manchester City, it appears that fans have had enough.

Despite the ‘Moyes Out’ message expected, another group of supporters are refusing to take down the banner inside the ground which displays the message ‘The Chosen One’, but the split in the fans will be a real problem for the club and for Moyes himself.
