Manchester Untied are reportdely preparing an incredible £100 million package deal for Real Madrid star Angel Di Maria to make sure they land the Argentine this summer. United boss Louis Van Gaal was left frustrated after his side’s 2-1 defeat to Swansea on the opening fixture of the new Premier League season on Saturday. Di Maria has been linked with a move away from Spanish giants Real Madrid all summer, with United and French champions Paris-Saint-Germain both interested in the 26-year-old.
Despite competition from PSG for Di Maria’s signature however, it is believed that United are leading the race for the Argentina international, after the French champions admitted that the fee for Di Maria may be too expensive.
According to the Daily Mail, Van Gaal has told Cheif Executive Ed Woodward to go full-out on the winger, offering Real Madrid £50 million for his services, along with a 5-year contract, worth up to £200,000 per-week, totalling to £100 million altogether.
