Manchester United are set to step up their attempt to sign Thomas Muller, after he was offered to Real Madrid for £45 million.
The German international is rumoured to have been offered to Spanish side Real Madrid, who are apparently looking to tie up a proposed deal, under the noses of Manchester United.
Madrid have been offered the midfielder, and hope that fellow German international players such as Sami Khedira and Toni Koos can convince Muller to move to the Spanish capital.
Muller, aged 25, has been a lomg term favourite of United boss Louis Van Gaal, who is keen to prize the German World Cup winner to Old Trafford this summer.
Despite his agent stating that he is up for transfer, Muller has made 28-appearances for Bayern so far this season.
