Manchester United will reject any offer Arsenal make for centre-back, Chris Smalling.
As reported yesterday, The Gunners were lining up a shock £12million bid for the defender as Arsene Wenger eyes defensive reinforcements ahead of next season, but according to reports today, Louis Van Gaal has no plans on selling the Englishman.
Smalling has featured regularly this season for The Red Devils, but with United expected to be busy over the Summer, his place in the first-team may be in jeopardy next season.
However, they will not allow him to join rivals Arsenal and will reject any offer that comes in during the pre-season.
United sold Danny Welbeck to Arsenal last year for £16m, but are not willing to do business with Smalling.
