Manchester United WON’T sign Radamel Falcao after loan spell

English giants, Manchester United, are set to scrap a permanent deal for Colombian striker, Radamel Falcao, due to concerns over his ongoing fitness issues.

The man on loan from Monaco has only managed five appearances and one goal this season, and does not look fresh after recently returning from a serious injury that kept him from competing in Colombia’s successful World Cup tournament.

Manchester United are paying the Colombian over ÂŁ300,000-a-week and so-far, has not looked great in a United shirt, with his sole goal coming at Old Trafford against Everton.

With fitness levels an issue, United boss, Louis Van Gaal, is seriously considering stalling on making the loan move a permanent one, and looking elsewhere.

Falcao damaged his knee earlier in the year and was ruled out for several months, and the loan-deal was put in place due to worries over fitness.

If United do want to sign Falcao permanently, they’d have to folk our over ÂŁ40million for the 28-year-old.
