Eliaquim Mangala is holding out for a move to Chelsea, despite a fee being agreed by Porto with Manchester City.
Mangala has been a target of Manchester City, United, Arsenal and Chelsea in recent weeks, with City the only club who have agreed a fee.
The 23 year old had a superb season with Porto, and is currently in Brazil with the French squad, preparing for tomorrow’s World Cup quarter final with Germany.
It is thought that City have agreed a deal, but have hit a stumbling block over personal terms regarding the player.
These personal terms are down to the fact that Mangala would prefer to live in London, hence a preffered switch to Chelsea.
