After scoring the last-minute equaliser against West Brom on the weekend, Tottenham midfielder Christian Eriksen has now admitted that his future lies elsewhere.
Eriksen has been one of the highlights for Tottenham this campaign, even when he as been made to alter to a left-sided midfield position and currently has seven goals and 6 assists to his name. However, it seems that Eriksen has future plans elsewhere as he sees Tottenham as a step-up to a big european outfit, he said:”I’m incredibly happy that they (Spurs) seem happy with me”, “i am very glad that they like what they see”, “Of course i have a dream and a secret plan in my head. But i keep that to myself. Right now i live in the moment and enjoy success i have”.
Eventhough Eriksen had been interviewed to say “Im happy here and i am looking forward to the future” earlier in the season, it seems that Tottenham isn’t the place for him to fufill his dreams.
