Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has dropped the biggest hint that he will remain at Anfield by confirming that his future is in Merseyside.
The vice-captain is currently in contract talks with officials at the club, but as of yet, nothing formal has been agreed leading to speculation surrounding his future.
However, Henderson has dropped the biggest hint today by admitting that his future is at Liverpool and he can’t wait to play for the club for many years.
“I love playing football for Liverpool and I want to be there for many years.
“In terms of my contract I think everybody else will make a big deal of it but for me it’s just letting my agent and the club deal with it.”
So far, Henderson has rejected a four-year deal worth £80k-a-week.
