Callejón has signed a four-year deal with last season’s Serie A runners-up for a fee of around €10 million.
The 26-year-old started his career at Real Madrid and went through the youth academy before playing for Real Madrid’s C and B teams.
2008 Callejón wanted a change and chose to go to Espanyol. He made 97 appearances for Espanyol during 3 years before moving back to his boyhood club Real Madrid.
Callejón has now spent two years at los Blancos but will now play under new boss Rafael Benitez at Napoli.
