Chelsea midfielder, Oscar, has warned new signing Juan Cuadrado that there will be haters now that he has joined ‘the biggest club in the world’.
The Blues coughed up £26million in order to land the Colombian from Fiorentina during yesterday’s deadline day, which saw Andre Schurrle leaving the club for Wolfsburg, and Mohamed Salah go out on loan until the end of the season.
Cuadrado is likely to challenge Oscar for a starting spot in an attacking position, and after his arrival, the Brazilian went to Twitter to welcome his new team-mate, but to also warn him about the haters.
“Welcome to the biggest club in the world, @cuadrado. When you’re @chelseafc, #therewillbehaters”
However, this may be part of the new Adidas campaign where stars are setting the trend of #therewillbehaters.
