Napoli goalkeeper David Ospina believes that his team can knock Liverpool out of the Champions in tonight’s match at Anfield. The Naples outfit only need a draw to qualify for the knockout stages while Liverpool need to win to keep their hopes alive. Napoli won the home leg against Liverpool in October thanks to a late winner from Lorenzo Insigne.
Liverpool have not lost a match in Anfield since January and have kept a clean in 14 of their last 18 matches at the ground. However, Ospina seems to think that his team has what it takes to beat the Reds on their own turf. The Colombian said, “It’s a very good opportunity for us. They are great opponents and we know we are up against a really great team. But we also have a great coach and great players. We’re confident and providing we do our things well, we believe we can succeed in getting through to the knockout stages of the Champions League.”
