Parker attracting interest from QPR

Since QPR have been relegated from the Premier League, a lot of ins and outs from Loftus Road have been suggested.

It is well known that Queens Park Rangers have a lot of players who are on extremely high wages, and also have the quality to be playing in a higher league than the Championship.

Just this past week we have seen Christopher Samba make the move back to his previous club Anzhi for a fee of ÂŁ12 as he was not willing to spend a season in a lower division.

Other players such as Esteban Granero and Loic Remy fit into this category of players who are on high wages and won’t be keen to stick around at Loftus Road.

With a substantial amount of exists form QPR, it comes as no surprise to see that they are linked with a few players joining.

This includes England international, Scott Parker. The 32 year old Spurs midfielder could be seen as ‘deadwood’ for AVB and his Spurs side with the inclusion of Brazilian Paulinho.

There is no hiding that Scott Parker’s previous boss Harry Redknapp is a huge admirer of what Parker can bring to his side and there is no reason why he wouldn’t want him at QPR.

According to respected journalist John Cross, Redknapp wants to sign the midfielder for a fee of around ÂŁ2 which would be seen as good deal for the newly relegated side.

QPR are not the only side who wants Parker’s services though. Reports believe Fulham are also keen on Parker, who could obviously offer Premier League football to the 32 year old.
