Premier League clubs Manchester United and Chelsea are to send scouts out to watch Jackson Martinez.
Martinez is set to start Porto’s Europa League game at Seville this evening, and both United and Chelsea are seen as keen admirers.
The 27 year old has been superb this season, and has won many plaudits from across Europe.
Both sides are keen, however, Martinez is not a main target for either.
Porto would be looking for around £25 million for the highly rated South American.
