Paris Saint-Germain striker Edinson Cavani is being monitored by Premier League trio; Arsenal, Manchester United and Liverpool.
The Uruguayan is currently unhappy in France due to being played on the left-wing under Laurent Blanc in order to give Zlatan Ibrahimovic the lone striker role.
Despite only being at the club for a year, Cavani is already to quit in order to play regular football in a striker’s position, and that has alerted the trio of English clubs, who are all keen on signing him.
The 27-year-old is being monitored by United, Arsenal and Liverpool, and all three clubs may look to make early moves for him in January, but could wait until the Summer, when they feel the player is more likely to become available.
Louis Van Gaal is reportedly keen on signing him as the long-term replacement of Robin Van Persie, creating an attacking pairing of Radamel Falcao and Cavani, but they will face serious competition from both Arsenal and Liverpool who are also in the market for a new striker, despite both signing new ones in the Summer.
