Chelsea have been put on high-alert after it emerged that Louis Van Gaal is set to reveal to Radamel Falcao that he has no future at Old Trafford.
The 29-year-old striker has struggled to adapt to Premier League football since his loan-move from French side AS Monaco last summer.
Falcao has only managed four Premier League goals to his name, and has been left to rot in the under 21 Development squad, and according to the Manchester Evening News, will not feature in Van Gaal’s plans for next season.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is set to take a chance on the former Atletico Madrid man, and could make a move for him this summer.
