Raheem Sterling feels Liverpool’s unbeaten run in the Premier League can be stopped and Manchester City can get the better of them when the two sides will meet at the Etihad Stadium.
Liverpool’s title credentials are set to be tested once again by the defending champions and this time on their home turf. The Reds humiliated Arsenal 5-1 in a one sided clash at the Anfield and a win against Manchester City will all but provide them a clear path to the Premier League title.
City lost their focus with three defeats in the month of December but are still chasing Liverpool in the title race. Three defeats in their last five matches speaks volumes but Sterling feels they do have all the ammunition to inflict a first defeat on his previous club.

“We had two poor games and we knew we needed to win to give ourselves a chance and we did just that. Our previous two results were difficult to take and I thought we bounced back brilliantly.
“I think we owed it to ourselves and as a team to bring that level we know we can bring.”
