Real Madrid refuse to rule out Suarez move

Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is refusing to rule out a move for Liverpool striker Luis Suarez. The Uruguayan has been linked with a move to the Spanish giants for quite some time, with rumours hotting up once again over a possible move this summer.

This is despite the fact that Suarez has just signed a new deal at Anfield. However, Madrid are still going to test the Red’s resolve with a mega bid and try to tempt Suarez away with the lure of Champions League football and a potential partnership with Ronaldo and Bale.

Perez spoke to Spanish radio station Cadena Cope recently and said: “Luis Suarez? There are many good players, we will keep improving the squad. I like all good players, especially those of Real Madrid, but I like them all.”

With the president refusing to rule out a move, it means Liverpool may have a battle on their hands to keep Suarez at the club this summer.
