Real Madrid to beat Atletico Madrid to sign €66 million striker

It’s an yearly practice, rumours flying around about Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang heading to Real Madrid is nothing new.

However, while the current Borussia Dortmund striker is said to have dreamt of playing for the Spanish giants in the past, there has been no clear message from him in the recent past that said anything on those lines.

However, in a recent interview with French publication Quest France, he spoke out about his desires for the near future: “I do not have that desire anymore. I do not think too much, I do not take my head. After that, if I reach that goal, I will be very happy.”

He followed it with giving hints about a possible move to Atletico Madrid, although a move such as that might take place only in the summer.

“We know very well that they will look for people. Finally, I think, since Antoine Griezmann may be leaving. A lot of things can happen,” he had said.
