The 23 year-old winger has enjoyed an impressive season in La Liga, scoring 20 goals and providing 5 assists in all competitions.
Premier League clubs Arsenal and Chelsea are known to be keen on signing the French international, with the Gunners reportedly leading the race to sign him.
The manager of Real Sociedad, Jagoba Arrasate, has decided to fix a price of £25m on Griezmann due to the high interest in the youngster so Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger will need to get spending if he is to land Griezmann.
Wenger said: “We are following him [Griezmann] in great detail. He attracts other clubs as well but we follow him, he is a known commodity.”
However despite the interest, Arrasate feels he can keep Griezmann at the club throughout the summer due to his recently-found high value.
When the Sociedad boss was asked about the future of the winger, he said: “Right now, as I understand it, he will continue [at Real Sociedad]. He’s a player who has a contract with us.
“It’s not easy to pay €30m (£25m) for a player and that makes us relatively calm.”
