It has been revealed by BBC Sport that Manchester United have not had any discussions with Juventus over Paul Pogba.
As you would have seen, it’s been splashed all over the media that Manchester United had been in talks and agreed to a £100m fee with Juventus for French superstar Paul Pogba.
Even here at Sillyseason, we reported the same, and by we, I mean me, even I had thought they were in talks, However this is not the case according to BBC Sport.
They say, Manchester United has not even spoken to Juventus about any deal or fee or even the new fully loaded fries at Mcdonalds, what?, you don’t have them at your nearest store?, Strange.
Not only that, Pogba is currently representing his Nation France at the EURO’s right now and doesn’t want any distractions, especially transfer piffle.
BBC Sport also say that Real Madrid is the preferred destination for the France International, But I don’t think that will stop United from having a go at trying to broker a deal with Juventus.
BUT, Juventus are still hoping the Frenchman will sign an extension with the Italian giants and continue on the path of glory, woah, that went a bit weird at the end, kind of like Tottenham last season.
