Chelsea owner set to ask former-boss for managerial advice
Roman Abramovich is set to hold talks with Avram Grant for managerial advice, according to reports.
The Russian owner is set to make a permanent appointment for Chelsea over the summer, following the dismissal of Jose Mourinho back in December, and he’s reportedly set to hold talks with Grant asking for advice.
Several names have been linked with the Stamford Bridge hotseat, with Diego Simeone, Antonio Conte and Massimiliano Allegri all linked with taking over from Guus Hiddink.

However, according to reports, Abramovich will ask Grant for advice regarding his next appointment.
The Israeli has been Chelsea manager previously, guiding them to their first Champions League final, and although he’s not believed to be considered for the role, he may play a huge part in the appointment.
Abramovich and Grant are still close following his stint with the club, and it’s believed he will ask him for his advice ahead of making the appointment.
