Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester United seem poised to land the signature of Germany world cup winner Sami Khedira.
Madrids defensive midfielders contract expires next summer and with contract negotiations still waiting to be opened, it seems he may leave the Bernabeu on a free.
Carlo Ancelotti has also said “There are indications that he might leave, but I think he wants to stay here.”
It was rumoured he may leave in January for a bargain price but Khedira has put an end to that speculation saying. “Right now, I cannot see any reason why I would leave the club this winter,” he said.
“Real Madrid is a great club to be at. This club has a place in my heart and there is absolutely no reason for me to say that I want to or have to leave.
“I get the feeling I am still wanted (by coach Carlo Ancelotti).”
It is also claimed Khedira may stay in Spain after rumours circulated claiming he has been closely following German team mate Ozil’s time at Arsenal and is not impressed by the Premier League.
