Samuel Eto’o claims he has many options to consider following the end of his one year contract at Chelsea. The vetaran forward has claimed to have potential suiters in some of Europes major leagues including England, Spain, Italy and France. Despite this, the four time African player of the year claims that despite all the interest, it is the MLS that potentially suits him best.

He revealed this on his twitter in which he stated, “i love the USA though”. The forward is another household name to be linked with a move to America with fellow Chelsea man Frank Lampard and Spain International David Villa moving to Manchester Citys’ stateside team New York City.

Eto’o is leaving Chelsea after a 3rd place finish in the premier league and a some what tarnished relationship with Mourinho after the manager was caught mocking his age.

The african has had one of the most successful careers in African football after stints with Barcalona and Inter Milan so it is no surprise that the 33 year old still has plenty of options available to him.

It is seeming increasingly likley that the Cameroon international will opt for a move stateside in the not too distant future.
