Chelsea midfielder Andrew Schurrle has stated that he is targeting trophies this season with the club, according to The Daily Express.
The German World Cup winner believes that Chelsea can improve on their trophyless campaign last season, with Chelsea signing Diego Costa, Cesc Fabregas and Filipe Luis recently.
Jose Mourinho has splashed the cash upon those three signings, and Schurrle feels the squad can challenge.
“Cesc Fabregas is one of the best players in the world, when he has the ball he’s so confident,” he said.
“When I played with Diego Costa for the first time on Friday it was very good because he’s fast and always looking for a way to goal.
“Filipe Luis is very strong with a great left foot, they are all perfect signings and we are looking forward to the start of the season.
“I want to win titles with this club, I want to win trophies with Chelsea and we have a great opportunity.”
