Diego Costa will reportedly do “whatever it takes” to get a move back to Atletico Madrid happening as The Blues look to bring in Alvaro Morata.
Incoming Blues boss Antonio Conte is very determined on signing a new striker this summer, with Costa said to be now desperate to return to his former club.
Reports also say the Brazil-born Spaniard is excited about the prospect on rejoining Diego Simeone, with the coach just as keen to make a deal happen.
Reports out of Spain also say, Costa no longer wants to reside in London and is “constantly on the phone to the club, his former teammates and his agent Jorge Mendes to try and force the deal.”
Atletico Madrid have £32million to spend from the sale of Jackson Martinez, and The Blues are said to be likely to get a deal going considering Costa’s reported unhappiness at the club.
