Liverpool and Arsenal will be keeping tabs on midfielder James Milner, as his contract talks with Manchester City have stalled.
The England international is reportedly unhappy with his playing time at City, as well as the new contract he has been offered not meeting his demands.
After the Boxing Day Premier League fixtures, Liverpool manager Brendan Rodgers admitted he was interested in signing Milner if he were to become a free agent in the summer.
However, the City man is now eligible to sign a pre-contract agreement with foreign clubs, but this business must be done before the end of the current transfer window.
This information has got Serie A giants Inter Milan and Roma keen on the 29-year old, who has scored three goals in 27 appearances in all competitions this campaign.
