Fabio Borini wants to leave the PL because he’s not getting played and he wants a spot in the Italian World Cup Squad. Borini wants to go back to the Seria A at the end of the season. The Italian international moved to Liverpool on a ÂŁ10million deal from AS Roma in 2012 and failed to play regularly for the club due to injuries and poor performances. He has been loaned out to Sunderland on a season long loan however he’s not playing regularly enough there either.

The World Cup is approaching and he feels with the amount of football he is playing at the moment isnt enough to make the cut for the International team.

Borini’s Agent said: “Liverpool own him and in the summer didn’t want him to leave, even though the player wants minutes. He dreams of Brazil in 2014 and needs games.”

“He’s only had a chance at Sunderland after the arrival of Gus Poyet, but it is still insufficient. I would like a meeting with Liverpool in January.”
