Villarreal striker, Luciano Vietto, has admitted that a move to Liverpool is something he’d be interested in.
The 21-year-old has had a superb season for the La Liga outfit, netting 11 goals in 22 games, and in a recent interview, he has stated that he would be interested in a move to the Premier League.
Vietto was a reported target for Liverpool over the Summer, but they eventually chose to sign Mario Balotelli, whilst the Argentine joined Villarreal instead.
However, after a solid season in Spain, Brendan Rodgers is set to renew his interest and launch a £12million bid for the forward at the end of the season.
‘If these great teams come forward and make an offer we’ll see,’ Vietto told AS about Liverpool’s interest
‘The offer would first have to be very good, but it would be very good for me and good for Villarreal.’
