According to the Daily Star Suarez is prepared to take legal action in order to force a move away from Liverpool.
Liverpool striker Luis Suarez believes there is a clause in his contract which enables him to leave if a Champions League club makes an offer of over £40 million. However, Liverpool are insisting that they are only obligated to inform Suarez about the offer.
This has left the Uruguayan preparing to take legal action as he wants to leave Anfield.
