Liverpool Football Club have announced that Suso has left the club and joined AC Milan on a permanent deal.
The 21-year-old spent nearly five years at Anfield after arriving from Spanish outfit, Cadiz CF, but he failed to make an impact on the first-team and struggled for regular football.
During his time in Merseyside, Suso made 21 appearances for Liverpool, scoring just one goal.
The fee of the transfer is undisclosed.
