The former Arsenal man has named Chelsea boss Antonio Conte as his manager of the season.
Antonio Conte has been widely praised for bringing Chelsea’s form back to Stamford Bridge.
The Blues currently sit seven points clear at the top of the Premier League table following their 3-1 win at Bournemouth.
Arsenal legend Henry has picked the Italian as the outstanding coach in the top flight this campaign.
“As a coach, Conte has done exactly what you’re supposed to do,” Henry told Sky Sports.
“He arrived at Chelsea, assessed the situation and didn’t do what he wanted right from the start.
“He did what a good coach should do, in that, when it’s not working he changes it.
“And it worked because his system has helped every single player to do better.”
