Borussia Dortmund midfielder, Ilkay Gundogan, is heavily linked with a summer transfer window move to England.
Premier League giants, Arsenal and Manchester United, are keeping tabs on the German international.
Gundogan is understood to be available for around £20 million. Dortmund are preparing to lose some of their top players due to a poor pefromance in the Bundesliga this season.
However, Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp is already lining up his replacement. Roma and Belgium midfielder Nainggolan is on Klopp’s radar, but he will have to battle Liverpool boss, Brendan Rodgers, for his signature.
Nainggolan is reportedly available for around £26 million.
The 24-year old, Gundogan, has scored one goal in 12 appearances in all competitions this campaign.
