The 21 year-old has featured more frequently for Los Blancos recently due to injuries to Sergio Ramos and Pepe however the £35m rated is still considered a fringe player at the club.
And this has reportedly lead to the defender seeking talks with Real Madrid president Florentino Perez.
Varane, who was in the side that was humiliated 4-0 by city rivals Atletico, has been heavily linked with a move to England for some time now.
Although Varane didn’t move last month, if his unrest in the team continues, he may be looking for an exit in the summer, with Manchester United and Chelsea thought to be ready to pounce.
