Manchester United manager Louis Van Gaal is ready to sell five players this summer and bring his targets in instead.
By selling these player’s United should recieve £85 million, which would allow Van Gaal to buy more lucrative replacements.
The first to be sold is midfielder Marouane Fellaini, which reported interest from Inter Milan, Everton and PSG.
United would want at least £20m for the player after signing him for £27m when David Moyes was in charge. The player has failed to make an impact during his debut season at Ols Trafford.
Javier Hernandez is also expected to move on with Tottenham, Valencia and Southampton all ready to make a move.
The Mexican has been resorted to a bench role after Van Persie’s arrival, and it is unclear wether Hernandez will break into the team under Van Gaal.
Shinji Kagawa could also face the axe with Borussia Dortmund and Napoli monitoring the player’s situation at the club.
United would ask for £15m for the playmaker, who did begin to find his feet during the later stages of last season.
Ashley Young is one obvious player who is very likely to leave this summer.
With Arsenal and Tottenham ready to offer the player a way out of United, it appears that Young has no future at the club after a very disappointing season.
Finally Nani, worth £12m, has been linked with a move away for some time now, eventhough David Moyes extended the winger’s contract.
Nani is frustrated at his lack of opportunities and seeks first team football elsewhere, with the possibility of either a Juventus and Arsenal move.
