Real Madrid defender Raphael Varane has moved himself away from talk of a move to Chelsea.
The Real Madrid defender had been linked to the Blues, as a replacement for David Luiz, who has recently signed for PSG.
The 21 year old impressed for Madrid last season, and will be part of the France squad for this summer’s World Cup finals in Brazil.
He told French TV station TF1: “The interest of Chelsea? In these moments I am not thinking of that at all. There is a World Cup to prepare for, it is not the moment to think about such issues.”
