Arsene Wenger accuses Jose Mourinho of showing no respect

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has accused Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho of showing no respect to fellow-managers.

The two managers have a long-going rivalry between each other and their latest war-of-words comes after the two sides met at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday and played out a 0-0 draw.

Chants on Sunday

Arsenal fans were less than pleased with Chelsea‘s style of play that lead to the crowd chanting ‘Boring, Boring, Chelsea’, and when asked about the crowd’s reaction, Mourinho hit back by mocking Arsenal’s wait for a Premier League title.

The Gunners haven’t won the league since 2003/2004, the year they went unbeaten, and Mourinho said that’s boring in his opinion.

Since those comments, Wenger has issued a reply to The Blues boss and he’s accused him of showing no respect to his colleague.

Lack of Respect

Wenger said: “The biggest thing of managers is to respect each other. Some people have to improve on that.

“Everybody lives with his own internal problems and I live with mine and that is enough.

“You can have incidents with other managers sometimes.”

Weekend’s Action

Chelsea could seal the Premier League this weekend with a win over Crystal Palace, whilst Arsenal will look to keep their hopes of second-place alive with a win away at Hull City on Monday night.
