Following on from the release of the 100 highest-rated players on FIFA, EA Sports have now revealed the first batch of ratings.
EA Sports released the FIFA 20 player ratings yesterday and, unsurprisingly, those top 100 players walked out to all the usual, mega-budget PR fanfare.
Ahead of the release of the annual apex of simulated football, the best 100 players in FIFA 20 have been revealed, but we will be taking a look only at the top 10. These are the kinds of superstars that provide the spark that decides tight games with heroic hat-tricks and solid clean sheets. The problem is, these players with a surfeit of skills to pay their bills are going to cost you, whether that’s in Ultimate Team coins or Career Mode’s plain old pounds.
So, let’s get to it: here are the Top 10 players cards in FIFA 20 by ratings.
Despite Kylian Mbappe achieving an 89 overall, Marc-Andre Ter Stegen has an overall rating of 90, allowing him to enter our top 10 list.
The current Ballon d’Or winner, Real Madrid’s Luka Modric is one of the few players rated at 90 who takes the 9th place.

Macnehtser City’s superstar Kevin De Bruyne, who is the highest-rated Premier League player, is tied with Jan Oblak at 91.
The third most expensive summer signing, Real Madrid’s Eden Hazard holds the fourth place, with another rating of 91, behind the top 3 most rated players.
Paris Saint-Germain striker Neymar is the third best player on the game thanks to his 92 rating, and has attributes such as 95 dribbling, 91 pace and 87 passing.
Juventus/Piemonte Calcio star Ronaldo finds himself one mark down on the second place with 93 and boasting key stats such as 88 dribbling, 89 pace, 93 shooting and 82 passing.
Lionel Messi has overtaken Cristiano Ronaldo as the best player in FIFA, having been given a 94-rated card this time around following his stunning individual season for Barcelona. The five-time Ballon d’Or winner has 96 dribbling, 87 passing, 92 shooting and 92 passing.
