Your methodology is insanely ridiculous. League Cup competitions exist only in England, France and Portugal. Why should they be accounted for in what is an international comparison? It just turns your comparison into an apples-to-oranges one. Real Madrid, Ajax or Juventus can’t be winning a title that does not even exist in their country, can they?
Even there you manage to be inconsistent, not counting the Portuguese League Cup. Benfica has won this one 7 times… which would put it level with Real Madrid, above Barcelona!
Finally why has the UEFA Cup Winners’ Cup been taken away? It is not a one-off match competition. Barcelona have won this 4 times, Milan twice, Ajax, Bayern, Juventus and Manchester United 1 each. Real, Benfica, Liverpool & Inter never won it.
Comparing like-for-like:
Real Madrid & Benfica 69 (70 as of 2017 after they both won their league)
Barcelona 65
Ajax 56
Bayern 54 (55 when counting latest Bundesliga)
Juventus 51 (53 with another league-cup double in 2017)
Manchester United 38 (39 with their latest Europa League)
AC Milan 34
Liverpool 34
Inter Milan 32
This is wrong why isn’t Glasgow Celtic or Glasgow Rangers on this list ?
