According to reports from The Mirror, Bournemouth are apparently confident of completing a £25m double deal for Blues duo Nathan Ake and Asmir Begovic this summer.
Could the Chelsea duo be on the way to Bournemouth?
The Cherries snatched up Nathan Ake on a season-long loan deal just last summer and now after impressing for the south coast side, Ake was recalled by Chelsea boss Antonio Conte during the January transfer window.
So it may be a tough call for Conte whether to sell him off or keep him.
Eddie Howe was apparently also keen to get Begovic over to the club during the same transfer month, however, a £10m deal couldn’t be completed as the Blues didn’t find a replacement for the Bosnian stopper.
While a deal for Begovic could be very well possible, it still remains to be seen whether or not Nathan Ake will be allowed to leave Stamford Bridge this summer.
And with John Terry now retiring from Chelsea Antonio Conte will need to bring in extra defensive cover, and it will no doubt take an offer of a bit more than £25m if Eddie Howe is to even tempt the Italian into selling both of these players.
