Los Blancos still chasing De Gea
Real Madrid are ready to pay David De Gea’s €65million release clause to land him.
The Spanish side were on the cusp of securing De Gea’s signature back in August 2015 but the move fell through after Madrid failed to submit all the relevant paperwork before the transfer window shut.
And recent reports suggested that Zinedine Zidane had given up on signing the Spaniard, and instead was pursuing Chelsea’s Thibaut Courtois.
But according to Marca‘s Jose Felix Diaz, Madrid have reignited their interest in the 26-year-old ahead of the summer transfer window.
It looks like it’s going to be another long summer for Man Utd fans as they wait to see whether Jose Mourinho can keep hold of a player who has won them many games and points over the last few years.
