Arsenal midfielder, Aaron Ramsey, is set to be out until the New Year after picking up a hamstring injury on Tuesday night against Galatasaray.
The Welshman, who scored one of the goals of the season in Istanbul, was substituted at half-time and despite confirming after the game it was just a tight hamstring he felt, it looks more likely that he could miss up to a month of action.
Ramsey missed the Christmas period last season due to an injury, which eventually ruled him out for a couple of months, but this year, it seems like it will only be a month on the treatment table.
Arsenal boss, Arsene Wenger, confirmed in his press conference today that Ramsey won’t be eligible for tomorrow’s game against Newcastle United, but it’s reported that he won’t be able to select Ramsey until 2015.
The injuries continue to mount up at the Emirates Stadium as Ramsey is added to the ever-growing list of absentees.
