Paris Saint-Germain midfielder, Marco Verratti, will cost clubs £37.5million, according to his agent.
The 22-year-old has become a real figure in France and has even attracted interest from Juventus and Real Madrid in recent transfer windows.
The Italian international is considered as one of the best midfielders in his position for his age and after signing a new contract in Paris, his agent has recently admitted that it would only take a mega-offer for him to be lured away.
Verratti’s agent, Donato Di Campli, told Tuttosport: “Why would PSG sell him?
“This is the most important player they have in their midfield. We do not talk to anyone anyway! Marco is currently worth no less than € 50m.”
Premier League duo, Arsenal and Manchester United, have both been linked with signing the midfielder but might be put off by the hefty price-tag.
