Defender will become 4th summer signing for Gunners
Arsenal are set to complete the signing of defender Skhordan Mustafi on Monday.
Italian journalist Emanuele Giulianelli is claiming that the Germany international is set to undergo a medical at the Emirates and the deal will be completed shortly after.
The Gazzetto dello Sport writer is reporting that Arsenal have agreed a €30m (£26m) deal with La Liga side Valencia for the centre-half.

Arsenal are crying out for reinforcements in his position, having been forced to play an inexperienced pairing at the back on Sunday against Liverpool. Per Mertesacker is out for months with a knee injury, while Laurent Koscielny is still getting match-fit after an extended break following Euro 2016.
Arsenal make the trip to Premier League champions Leicester City in their next top-flight game at King Power Stadium on Saturday evening.
