Arsenal are tracking Marseille attacking midfielder Florian Thauvin ahead of a proposed move for the 21 year old in January.
Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has been keeping an eye on the France youngster for some time now, and is finally ready to make a move following some impressive performances in recent months.
However, eventhough he is keen to bring Thauvin to the Emirates, Wenger will have to persuade the youngster to move after admitting that he feels settled in France.
Thauvin said:‘Things were clear for the president and me: my departure was out of the question, so honestly I haven’t studied the offer.
‘It’s flattering but I am a Marseille player and they are a big club too. Here I feel really good.’
