Arsenal are set to table a £8 million bid for Manchester United winger Nani.
Reports suggest that the Gunners are to take advantage at Nani’s situation at Manchester United, and are hopeful of getting the Portuguese international.
New Manchester United boss Louis Van Gaal could bring in Arjen Robben from Bayern Munich, or Wesley Sneijder from Galatasaray.
Inter Milan and Juventus are also keen on the winger, and could both table bids.
But Arsenal could use Thomas Vermaelen as bait for the midfielder, with Arsenal’s Belgian defender being linked with a move.
