Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger faced more questions about his future in today’s press conference, but once again he revealed that he is feeling calm about the situation and has reassured fans that there is no need to worry about his contract or his future.

The Frenchman’s current deal is set to expire in the Summer and after several years under pressure from the majority of fans, it was thought that this could be his last season with The Gunners, but how things look a bit different now.

After a superb start to the 2013/2014 campaign, Wenger now looks certain to extend his stay at the Emirates Stadium and reject approaches from French side Paris Saint-Germain, who have been wanting Wenger for years now.

Despite the chances of him staying being high, the Arsenal boss has admitted that there is no need to talk about any deal right now.

“I said many times, that people don’t need to question my commitment to this club.

“I can just reiterate what I said at the start of the season – I want to feel that I do well, and focus on that.”

Wenger added: “I am relaxed about the situation. What is important is that the players have the support, to focus on the target which is to do well in every single game.”
