Crystal Palace see bid for striker rejected
Liverpool have rejected a fresh bid from Crystal Palace for Christian Benteke, according to Sky Sports.
Sillyseason reported earlier today that Palace were set to renew their interest in Benteke after selling Yannick Bolasie to Everton yesterday.
And now, according to Sky Sports, Palace has this morning seen a £23million bid (which could rise to £30m) rejected by Jurgen Klopp’s Reds for the Belgian.
Benteke signed last summer for Liverpool but immediately fell out of favour after Jurgen Klopp replaced Brendan Rodgers as manager last October.
